This is the TOS, before you commission me PLEASE make sure you read the following terms of service, if you do not actually read them I will refuse service. Thank you for reading!!If you are looking for my rules with NSFW please message me directly on either DISCORD or INSTAGRAM.The rest of the page is minor friendly!!
REFUNDS AND PAYMENT
When It comes to payment, its pretty simple!!
- I accept payment once a rough sketch is done, I will NOT continue the drawing until you pay the full quoted amount
- Payment is accepted through Paypal (GNS) and cashapp
- I can work with budgets but do not think that means I will simply accept 50% off the lowest amount for a commission.
- If you do NOT pay within 5 days of a sketch being completed (unless I said it was ok) you will be black listed and your commission will be instead turned into a YCH.
Payment plans (small section)
- Payment plans ARE accepted for any commission OVER 50 USD, I understand sometimes paying more than 50 at a time can seem like alot so I am ok with either doing a 3 part, 2 part, and possibly 4 part payment plan!
- 3 part payment plan: 1/3 of payment after rough sketch, another 3rd after lineart/basic coloring (depending on what type of commission) and 3rd at the very end when a un-watermarked version will be sent!
- 2 part payment plan: 1/2 after rough sketch other half after basic coloring is fully done!
- 4 part payment plan is 1/4 once commission is started, 1/4 at rough sketch phase, 1/4 at lineart and the last payment when commission is nearing completion!
When It comes to refunds, it goes like this
- Refunds are NOT accepted if the piece is already past the lineart phase
- If you are unhappy with the way the drawing turns out (past sketch phase) you have 3 edits before you have to pay a small fee for any extra changes that come AFTER the rough draft phase
- Scamming will NOT be tolerated and you will be blacklisted and I will make a beware on you and your account. NO acceptions
RUSH FEES/UPDATES
When you pay for a rush fee, it will end up like this!
- First off, rush fees cost 25% off the TOTAL quoted cost of your commission!
- Paying for a rush fee AUTOMATICALLY puts you in the URGENTLY finish section in my queue (Trello), this may take UP to 24 hours to update, if you need your commission urgently, please dm me and I will make sure to add it ASAP
- Paying the rush fee will make it so I finish your commission before those who don't pay the rush fee, this process could take up to 3 days, sometimes less depending on the size of the queue
- I have things in life that may come up and put ALL commissions on hold, if this happens half of the rush fee you paid (if you paid) will be refunded, I can NOT give a full refund of the rush fee
When it comes to receiving updates, here is what to expect!
- Do NOT expect updates 24/7 I have my own life AND other commissions I have to get done before I can get to yours!
- PLEASE be patient and understand I have school, work, and other personal life things I need to prioritize
- I work mainly on the weekends, but will work anytime in my freetime
- ANY and ALL breaks I take/vacations will be posted on my instagram or in Trello!
- ALOT of the updates will be posted in Trello! So if you want to see your place in the queue that is a good place to check!
GENERAL
Like all humans I have my own boundaries- . . .
- While I really do appreciate chit chatting with you guys! I cannot be your therapist, so unless you are a very close friend of mine who is commissioning me DO NOT vent, trauma dump, etc to me!
- I am able to make a character simply based on the way you explain it! So if you have a character in mind that you really want to be made, let me know! I specify in doing things like that
- PLEASE. FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS PURE. DO NOT ROLEPLAY IN OUR DMS/CHATS UNLESS YOU ARE MY FRIEND AND IT IS HOW WE JOKE AROUND

BLACKLISTED?
If you are blacklisted, here is what to expect.
- Depending on WHY you were blacklisted a beware could be made (multiple ways listed above)
- If you are blacklisted you will no longer be able to reach out to me, you will be not able to commission me.
- If a beware is posted about you, you will most likely be RESTRICTED from my account.
